7 Steps to becoming a Recruiting machine!
1) MAKE A DECISION! Make the decision you are going do this, you are going to master the skill of recruiting, make it a priority!
2) Develop a recruiting mindset! I believe whole hardheartedly I have a gift to offer! I have the gift that is life changing, it changed mine! Do not ever say, "I am sorry to bother you but can you listen..." We have nothing to be sorry about, we are doing someone a favor by giving them the opportunity to change their life! BELIEVE THAT! WE ARE NOT BEGGER'S!
3) Collect friends! Just be aware of the opportunities you have every single day to connect with someone. The lady cutting your hair, the cashier checking you out. These are not just prospects but the chance to gain a friendship where you build trust with and that can lead to an opportunity to change their life! You can introduce your gift to these new friends!

4) Positive Daily Habits! Examples: Find a way to connect with at least 2 new people each and every day! Also, Find one person EVERYDAY to talk to and share Paparazzi with, one person, That's easy to do! Continue to work on yourself and your mindset, YOU HAVE A GIFT TO OFFER!
5) Always be prepared! Now we know to always, always have our jewelry on us but we always have to have our story, others stories, readily available for every situation! How fast you made your money back, why you joined, how it changed your life, how your husband doesn't have to work so many jobs now, how I was able to take myself off of depression medication...use all the stories that you can, it will relate to someone!
6) Enthusiasm! IT IS CONTAGIOUS! People in general are bored, be happy, enthusiastic and proud, they will want to be around someone like that, who wouldn't?? If you are an introvert like I am, when you become excited about something, people take notice, that's not (wasn't) my norm! You don't have to be crazy, just share your excitement!
7) THINK BIGGER! Think totally out of the box...you want to recruit 3 this month, heck shoot for 6 or 10! THINK SPECTACULAR!
